RETURN POLICY

Returns
At Web3Shirt, we are committed to your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a generous 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To make the return process as smooth as possible, please review the following guidelines:
- Request a Return Authorization: You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of receiving your order. To request an RMA, please contact our dedicated customer support team at [email protected].
- Include the RMA Number: Ensure that the RMA number provided is included with the product you are returning. This helps us efficiently process your return.
- Notify Us About Your Return: Once you have obtained an RMA, please return the item to us and send us an email with the RMA number and the tracking number. This enables us to monitor your return and expedite the process.
- Cover Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We kindly request that you return the product within 30 days of receiving your RMA.
- Condition of Returned Products: Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition, free from physical damage or breakage. Additionally, all accessories originally included with your purchase must be returned with the product.
Additional Terms and Conditions:
- Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable.
- You are responsible for all prepaid shipping charges and assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned Product(s) while in transit back to Web3Shirt.
- If you return a Product to Web3Shirt without a valid return authorization or if any parts and accessories originally included with your purchase are missing, we reserve the right to either reject the return or charge a restocking fee of 30% of the original Product(s) price or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.
- In cases where the returned product is inspected and found to be in good physical condition, Web3Shirt reserves the right to charge you a 30% restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of labor and repackaging for products that are in good condition.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Additionally, some situations may only qualify for partial refunds.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund, please follow these steps:

- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank.

Sale Items (if applicable)
We can only offer refunds for regularly priced items. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send an email to [email protected], and we will provide further instructions on where to return the item for an exchange. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges beyond 30 days from the date of delivery.
